Guidelines on returning an item
Reporting a Damage/Misplaced Item
Mail your return request at email@example.com along with supportive documents and video proof .
To ensure successful return, return the item in original condition with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein.
Your Return or Damage Report should be initiated within 2 Hours of Receipt of Courier. An Unboxing Vedio starting from reciept of courier till unboxing is required to be submitted along with the damage or return reporting email.
Note: No return/Refund will be granted if all requisite snapshots or videos are not provided as per our guideline.
We do not provide Return pick-up. Customer have to Self-Ship. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, in accordance with sbagency.co.in/refund policy, once we receive the item(s), we notify you the return receipt and payment gets initiated..
A return will not be processed if the pickup is cancelled owing to missing or damaged (caused while in your possession) item or its accessories.
How to Self-Ship?
You can self-ship the item using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities. You will need the following return documentation to initiate return.
- A copy of invoice highlighting the items being returned (place it inside the return package);
- Declaration of item details, value and return reason (paste on the return package); and
- A return label from the courier (paste on the return package).
- Mail all the details at firstname.lastname@example.org along with order id, tracking no, awb no, courier name, invoice copy, Reson of return and supportive vedio. Call us at before Return Shipping to inform us about your self-shipment.
- If you do not have a printer, you can also hand-write the declaration and return address and use the original invoice or a copy, highlighting the items being returned.
- Return shipping charges will be refunded by part or full.
Cancel an Order
Any order can be cancelled before its shipped. Once shipped, Orders cannot be cancelled. Refund of any prepaid orders will follow refund policy.
S. B. Agency’s Return and Exchange Policy offers no return of goods once delivered. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of product or receipt of a defective or expired item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the product in our stock and on submission of proper proof as mentioned above.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org along with proper convincing proof with reason of such and after confirmation from our end, send your item to: S. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Siliguri, Westbengal.
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
